Acceptable Use Policy
for WildBlue Service Users

Millry Communications, Inc. ("Millry") is an authorized provider of WildBlue ("WildBlue") High-Speed Internet access service to business and residential users. These services include several information related services such as Internet access, various electronic mail (e-mail) packages and services, World Wide Web website hosting arrangements, and other online and Internet-related services (collectively, the "WildBlue Services"). As a recipient of WildBlue Services from Millry, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy found at http://www.wildblue.com/legal/acceptable_use_policy.jsp.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY SET FORTH IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING YOUR USE OF WILDBLUE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY MILLRY. YOU SHOULD READ THEM CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION. USE OF THE WILDBLUE SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU BY MILLRY INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY.

Millry Communications, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your WildBlue Service and the Customer Agreement if you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed in the Acceptable Use Policy or if you engage in any of the prohibited uses and activities listed therein or if you use the WildBlue Equipment or WildBlue Services in a way that is contrary to any WildBlue policies or any of WildBlue's supplier's policies. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the WildBlue Service as provided to you by Millry.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, UNDER ALABAMA LAW, ANY REFERENCE IN THE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY TO A MINIMUM AGE IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY AMENDED TO 19 YEARS OF AGE.
